Nicky was such a pleasure to follow around during his inspection. He explained WHY certain things are concerns without any condescension so that I could right-size my concerns.He referred to additional people who may come in as "he or she" (he did not assume it would be a man!!). I feel educated & empowered to understand my home (without the rose colored glasses). I am so grateful to have had the change to shadow him & learn about my home.
